Bella Italia has evolved far beyond its humble roots so that it now seriously competes with contemporary, trendy boutique world food restaurants. This dramatic shift in public perception was not yet shared within the jobs market. Jupiter was tasked with changing the way people felt about working for the company.
We took the visual essence of the consumer brand and applied it to their Employer Brand in order to elevate the employee offering to the level demanded by Bella’s new clientele.
With positive, Italian inspired headlines and copy, we rolled out the new identity across a whole suite of internal comms platforms.
We boosted internal engagement by 64% in the first year, not to mention reducing attrition by 39%. As a result, stakeholders at Casual Dining Group sought our Jupiter to provide work for its other brands, including Café Rouge and Belgo.
